Keeping in touch
It is a privilege to be appointed as your agent to market perhaps one of your largest assets. I take this role seriously and will take all steps to keep you informed throughout the marketing campaign. Each client has different requirements when it comes to keeping in touch and I am happy to discuss the best method of keeping in touch with you and how often.
Offers from interested parties
I will contact you and notify you of any interest in the property. All offers will be presented in writing on the approved REIQ Contract for House and Land when possible.
Open for inspections
It is my intention to expose your property to the market in its best light to enhance the features it displays. As a point of difference from other agents and as an added service to you, I recommend Open for Inspection times that suit both my time frames. There may even be an advantage to doing a double open home on Saturday and perhaps during the week. I am happy to discuss all the options with you.
Every person who enters your property will be asked to provide their name and contact telephone number. This allows me to contact them for feedback and their thoughts on the property and if there is any interest in purchasing it. It also allows me to know who has visited your property for security reasons.
I recommend removing any valuable jewellery or artefacts or at least placing them in a secure position in the home during the Open Home times throughout the marketing campaign.
A set of keys provided is an advantage if there is a possibility that you are not at home for those unexpected inspections. I will always contact you for a suitable time to inspect and as much as possible work within your time frames. However, if this is not possible I shall always leave a card to let you know I have visited the property and contact you shortly afterwards with the comments from the prospective purchaser. My service also includes being present during a Building and Pest Inspection or a valuation if purchasers wish to have these done. I am there to ensure the process is as smooth as possible. I follow the sale from the first inspection to the handing over of the keys to the new owners to ensure the process is as smooth as possible for all parties.
At the end of the process it is time to celebrate. Wish you well and perhaps do further business with you in the future or receive my greatest compliment – to be recommended to your friends and associates.
